Service Level Agreement

Service Level Agreement.

We aim to provide the very best service possible.

We guarantee that:

• The uptime of the service will be at least 99%.

• Message delivery to the network will occur 99% of the time. Messages which fail in delivery to the network will be refunded.

• We will record transactions to identify routing or failure points between the networks, Textvertising and your systems.

• We will refund messages not used in an account if you the client wishes to close it (excluding any free or included messages issued).

• We will advise you on any services you wish to provide to help with compliance with PhonePayPlus, the Electronic Communication Act and any Gambling regulations.

• Your data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

• We will monitor services you provide on a regular basis to help ensure that they comply with any law or legislation in the country of use.
