What is our text to
screen system?
This simple tool is a
valuable addition to
pubs and clubs and
utilises your existing
TV screens or projector
screen. The clients in
your venue can register
then simply type a text
message and send it to a
dedicated number.
All incoming messages
are directed to an admin
panel that the DJ or Bar
Manager can control.
Each message can be sent
directly to the screen,
refused or repeated. A
useful utility also
allows you to click any
single word in any
message and it is banned
from the system on that
and all future messages.
(All banned words are
shown as ****).
The system also allows
you to add up to 6
marketing messages
allowing you to
advertise events or
drinks promotions, plus
you are able to
configure screen
resolution, text size,
centring and default
colours.
For added fun, the
Administrator can insert
messages easily to get
the show started or to
wind up others who may
already be
participating.
Each message defaults on
screen for around 12
seconds giving ample
time to read it and the
Admin screen shows
clearly how many
messages are queued plus
the wait time for any
new messages sent.
By encouraging customer
interaction with the
screens in this way, it
creates a fun
environment and allows
the DJ to have a banter
with the crowds helping
retain customers and
increase your profit.
