How do I send a message to the Gateway?
The simplest way is to send an HTTP GET
request. An example request is below:
http://www.textvertising.co.uk/cgi-bin/smssend.pl?numbers=4471234567890&message=TestMessage&user=Username&pass=Pass
Calling this from an HTTP GET request would send
"TestMessage" to the mobile number
4471234567890.
There are many configurable options and you can
specify the Originator ID to use, and if premium
rate the cost to apply when the handset receives
it.

A complete history of any submission is stored
inside your account.
What else do I need to know before I get
started?
You just simply need to open a starter
account and you get 10 free messages to try the
service. Once you are happy just top up with
messages as you need them. There are no other
ongoing costs.
