When you first login you
have a comprehensive
Admin Panel.
From here you can manage
everything associated
with your account
including sending SMS
and MMS, creating
competitions, viewing
statistics such as
premium rate, SMS
delivered and SMS
received.
All selectable options
initiate a drag-able
pop-up window. Each
window can interact with
another making
multi-tasking easy. Pop
up Windows also save you
from having to swap back
and forth between
actions if you need to
make changes to
settings. |

Sending SMS and your
phonebook |
Managing your phonebook
and sending SMS couldn't
be easier!
Your phonebook contains
a list of every client
you have uploaded or
every client that has
text your keyword to the
shortcode or included
free virtual mobile
number.
You can modify the
group(s) each client
resides in, disable or
enable the client and
delete them if required.
Sending messages is a
breeze. Simply enter a
message in the virtual
phone, choose from any
groups you may have
configured and send it!
If you prefer you can
schedule the message for
delivery at another time
and even cancel it later
if you change your mind.
You can also ask for a
nominated list of Sender
ID's (who shows on the
end users mobile phone
as having sent the
message). Specifying
your office mobile
number for example means
that all replies to your
outgoing messages are
delivered back to that
mobile instead. Now that
is smart! |

Creating and managing
Client Groups |
|
You can create client
groups and clients can
co-exist in multiple
groups.
We provide you with
either a free included
virtual mobile number
(or a 5 digit shortcode
number if you prefer) for
receiving SMS. You
simply need to choose a
unique keyword when you
register.
End users can text your
chosen keyword plus the
group name to add
themselves into any
group automatically!
For example, if your
keyword was DEMO and you
had a group called
MANAGERS, the end user
can simply text "DEMO
MANAGERS"
It is possible to set
different automated
replies (SMS, MMS or RSS)
to each group and
forward every
registration to
different nominated
email boxes! |

Create and view reports
of messages sent |
You can quickly see a
list of all messages
sent.
By clicking the icon
alongside the message,
you can get advance
delivery reports which
show how many messages
were delivered and
reasons why any were not
delivered (such as inbox
full or number invalid).
You can also view and
download a full list of
all numbers in each
report.
Our auto-quarantine
feature is quite unique.
When any message is sent
the system alerts you of
numbers it considers are
a waste of your
messages. For example,
if an end user changes
their number, the old
number will now be dead
resulting with "Non
Delivered - Number
Invalid" in your
report.
Numbers like this are
added to an auto
quarantine list. One
click of a button and
each number is switched
off in your phonebook
making wasted messages a
thing of the past!

create an MMS message.
Upload your media,
preview it and enter any
text you would like to
include. Then simply
decide how you would
like the message to
