Text Reverse
Auction
Popular with radio stations around the
UK, Reverse Auctions allow listeners to
interact and place a low bid in an
attempt to win a prize. Only the lowest
unique bid can win and the service is
not only highly interactive but can
generate around £6-£10,000 per auction
depending on the prize.
Text chat
Still ever popular, Text chat allows end
user to send flirt texts to an operator
and receive flirt texts back. Our
service requires operators and is not
automated but does offer a steady
income. Our statistics show around £3000
per month per operator is easily
achievable.
Text Raffles
This relatively new service allows you
to send back a raffle ticket back to a
client in response to a text. Each
raffle ticket is unique and even
features its own unique ID tag so it can
be traced in your account to avoid
fraudulent, duplicated or forwarded

This service allows charities to receive
donations by way of text message. We
offer not only discounted rates to
support charities but also a dedicated
charity code which offers outpayments
far higher than normal shortcodes since

be UK registered.

What rates can Textvertising provide?
Textvertising offer a number of rates -
10p, 25p, 50p, £1.00, £1.50, £2.50 and £5.00
plus two dedicated charity rates of £3.00 and
£5.00.
All of these rates can be used simultaneously
inside your account. This enables you for
example to run one competition that costs £1.00
and another that could cost £1.50 to the end
user.
What else do I need to know before I get
started?
Premium rate is governed by a body
called PhonePayPlus. We have a document you can
download below which offers the rules and
guidelines to ensure that any service you
provide complies with their guidelines.
Some other services such as text raffles may
require a lottery licence.
These can be applied for from the Gambling
Commission and typically cost £348 inc VAT per
year with an initial application cost of £163
inc VAT. (Correct at March 2010). This covers
proceeds up to £100,000 per annum.

much revenue do I receive?
This depends on which plan you choose.
We offer 4 plans, Mars, Neptune, Venus and

Outpayments vary by plan, but we do consistently
exceed the out-payment offered by a majority of
our competitors.
