the time. Messages which fail in delivery to
the network will be refunded.
We will
record transactions to identify routing or
failure points between the networks,
Textvertising and your systems.
We will
refund messages not used in an account if
you the client wishes to close it (excluding
any free or included messages issued).
We will
advise you on any services you wish to
provide to help with compliance with
PhonePayPlus, the Electronic Communication
Act and any Gambling regulations.
Your data
will be held in accordance with the Data
Protection Act.
We will
monitor services you provide on a regular
basis to help ensure that they comply with
any law or legislation in the country of
use.
